A little contrast and cropping and a couple of effects. Intensify and some kind of fade, I think. Picasa is pretty good for a freebie.
I love Picasa, use it all the time, but I don't think I've done anything like that before. I like how you got the background softened and blurred like that without affecting the sharpness of the flower. Very cool.
