A few months ago I took my girls to see Jason Mraz.
I decided I could live without Jason.
A little too gleefully Obama-fied for me.
But I loved his opening act.
This, ladies and gentlemen, is Lisa Hannigan, an Irish colleen with a hauntingly beautiful voice and songs to match.
She has several songs on YouTube and her own website.
If I were you I would download her album.
Oh, that's right.

Sue, hi, I was just browsing around on Facebook and saw you as one of Ellen's friends and clicked on your page and saw your blog listed and ended up here. I just had to comment on this because I discovered Lisa Hannigan just this week and absolutely love her voice and her songs. I bought her album off itunes and have been listening to it repeatedly. Great music! Have you seen the other "I Don't Know" video? I love it because it's just the band performing in a little booth and they are all so into the music and having so much fun it just makes me smile to watch. It's on youtube also.
